For Jomon Sugi trekking, you will be picked up at the inn. *Pick-up area: Miyanoura area to Awa area. For introductory diving, you will meet at the shop or be picked up. *Pick-up area: Around Miyanoura area.

• Clothing/Belongings: [Jomon Cedar Trekking] Long sleeves, long pants, trekking shoes or hiking shoes. We recommend layering to accommodate temperature changes. Due to the high humidity, sweat-wicking and quick-drying materials are best. Backpack, backpack cover, 500ml water bottle (there is a water source along the course), gloves (work gloves), hat, snacks, towel, plastic bags (Ziploc), headlamp (except in summer). The round-trip shuttle bus fare from the Yakusugi Nature Museum to the Arakawa trailhead is payable on-site (2,000 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for elementary school students). A mountain club environmental conservation contribution is required (paid on-site). Eligible participants: Lunch and breakfast lunch (approximately 1,500 yen). [Introductory Diving] Swimsuits are sufficient. Please bring beach sandals, sunscreen, hat, and other items. Please use environmentally friendly sunscreen. Please remove makeup as much as possible to protect the underwater environment. Bath towels will be provided, so you don't need to bring your own. It is convenient to wear clothes that are easy to put on and take off. It is best to wear your swimsuit underneath your clothes when coming to the salon so that you can change smoothly.
