. Activitty cancellation: Basically, the tour will be held even if it rains or snows a little. If it is difficult to hold a tour due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, wind or snowstorm, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please note in advance. (It may be canceled at the discretion of the instructor on the day of the event.) * We are dealing with nature, so we appreciate your understanding.
. Precautions: ・Participants must be elementary school students or older. (Winter: Persons over 150cm tall) - If children are participating, please be accompanied by a guardian. (Children cannot share the same ride) - Children under 150 cm can only participate from May to November.・Customers who are pregnant cannot participate in the tour.・Up to a weight of 100 kg or less.
