• Clothing/Belongings: Drinking water, beach sandals, sunglasses and a hat (we recommend a hat with a strap), sunscreen, a change of clothes, and any other items you think you may need. During the summer season from July to August, you can participate in the activity in whatever clothes you like. Please wear a swimsuit, rash guard, and shorts that you don't mind getting wet!
• Rental goods: Wetsuits are available for free rental during the spring season from May to June and the autumn season from September to October. *Please wear a swimsuit or leggings underneath your wetsuit.
