Plan your own self-guided tour through cities like Kawagoe and Chichibu from Tokyo. Visit various places along the Seibu lines all courtesy of your discounted pass. How it works
- Bring your passport or foreign resident card to claim your pass. - Present your voucher to the staff when you exchange the ticket. Pick up location: SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro. Business hours: 8:00 - 15:00, all year Where to find: Ikebukuro Station 1F The Information center can be found near by the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station.
