[About the Event as a Whole] ・Congestion is expected. Please allow plenty of time to arrive. ・The fireworks launch time may change due to weather conditions. ・Photography, audio recording, and video recording of performers are prohibited (including mobile phones). ・Performers and other participants may be subject to change. Please note that refunds will not be given due to such changes. ・Use of tripods is prohibited except in designated photography areas. Please be considerate of other guests when using smartphones for filming. ・Pets are not allowed inside the venue (to consider noise and allergies). ・Please note that the time and details are subject to change. [About Tickets] ・Free admission tickets for the lawn area will be distributed to elementary school students in Muroran and Noboribetsu through their schools. (Accompanying guardians must purchase tickets.)　Note: Cardboard chairs are not included; please purchase seats at the venue. (Please check with each school regarding distribution timing.) ・Tickets are required for all visitors from elementary school age and above. Preschool children may enter free if sitting on a guardian’s lap. (If a seat is needed, please purchase one at the venue.) ・One ticket admits one person only. Admission without a ticket is strictly prohibited for any reason. ・No cancellations or refunds will be accepted due to customer circumstances. ・Refunds are available only if the event is canceled due to severe weather or other unavoidable reasons, through the ticket vendors. ・Re-entry is allowed with an admission pass. (Passes are non-transferable and cannot be reissued if lost.) ・Ticket transfer and resale are prohibited. Admission is not guaranteed for those who purchase tickets through unofficial channels. [Arrival and Admission] ・Arrival by car or on foot is not permitted. Pickup, drop-off, and parking near the venue are prohibited. ・General visitors are advised to use the free shuttle bus operating between the special parking lots and Higashi-Muroran Station West Exit. ・The free shuttle bus is available only to ticket holders. Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. ・It takes about a 10-minute walk from the entrance gate to the viewing area, including uphill sections. Please wear comfortable shoes. ・Those using P1 and P2 parking lots must reserve a parking space (paid). ・Please apply for parking here (you will be redirected to a another Japanese site). ・When using taxis, please be dropped off and picked up at the P1 parking lot, then use the shuttle bus to the venue. ・Residents of Muroran City and nearby areas are encouraged to use the free shuttle bus departing from Higashi-Muroran Station West Exit. [Items You May Bring] ・Chairs, tables, tents, parasols, and similar items are prohibited. ・Leisure sheets are allowed if within 120 cm × 120 cm.
