During the holiday period, cell phone reception may be poor, making it difficult to meet up. (Especially for ahamo) In such cases, please understand that the meeting place may be changed to an easier-to-find location. Our staff will be waiting for you with your bicycles, so please feel free to say hello. Additional note: If it is difficult to reach the meeting place (on the mountain) due to bad weather or road closures due to construction, we may change the meeting place to a safer location (around Lake Shirakaba) after consultation.

• Clothing/Belongings: Information on equipment for the tour: As long as you wear clothes that are easy to move in and expose your hands and feet as little as possible, you can rent MTBs, gloves, helmets, and other items from our store even if you come empty-handed. All rentals are free for this plan. What you should bring yourself if possible: 1. Drinks: Please bring at least one 500ml plastic bottle. 2. Bees may be attracted to the smell of perfume, so it is safer to refrain from doing so before joining on the day.
