Precautions: *You will be on the kayak in a sitting or cross-legged position for about an hour.If you have any concerns about your physical condition, please contact us. *Pregnant women can participate as long as they are stable and can sit on board for about an hour in a sitting or cross-legged position. Please consult with your family doctor before participating. *Children under 2 years old can also participate by holding them. Please let us know if you would like to participate. *Kayaks are designed so that your feet and buttocks will always get wet. Please check your belongings and clothing. *Kayaks basically seat two people. If you are traveling with children under the lower grades of elementary school, it is possible to ride three-seater with two adults. *If an odd number of people are participating, each person will be seated alone. If you are not physically fit, you may choose to ride with a guide, but please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to conflicts with other participants. *The guide will give advice regarding pair selection, taking into account the weather and the physical strength of the customers.

Notices: ・All tours will be held rain or shine.・Depending on field conditions, we may propose changes to the tour schedule or time, or the tour may be canceled.・For sunset kayak/SUP tours, we may suggest changing to a mangrove tour depending on field conditions.・There will be no cancellation fee if the tour is canceled due to our decision.・For safety reasons, those who have been drinking excessively are not allowed to participate.・Please let us know in advance if your child is 2 years old or younger for a kayak tour or 9 years old or younger for a SUP tour. *Please let us know in advance if you would like a shuttle service. *The shuttle will pick you up after you arrive at the "Mizukama" bus stop closest to our store. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare. *Please note that if you have a large group of 5 or more people or if you have large baggage, the transfer may be divided into two vehicles. *Cancellation fees may apply if canceled due to customer's convenience. *If we judge that safety will be compromised due to sudden bad weather, etc., we will cancel the event. In that case, we will contact you by phone at least 1 hour before the tour starts.
