This restaurant was established with the aim of creating a place where guests could learn about the culture of Ama divers who actually dive and harvest, create a connection between the production area and the urban area to get interest in the production area, and Ama divers could promote their bare-diving culture. Amajoh offers “solo hotpot,” which you can enjoy seafood delivered directly from the production area and carefully selected Japanese black beef cooked in your favorite way, such as “yaki” (grilled) or “nabe” (hot pot)!
