Description
Tango bara sushi is one of the traditional local dishes of the Tango region. Its main feature is the use of mackerel oboro. Oboro is a fish that is mashed raw in a mortar, seasoned, and fried over a fire. It has a refined taste, and the sweet and salty taste is addictive! Bara sushi is a type of pressed sushi made by stuffing sushi rice into a mold, placing seeds such as oboro and omelette on top, and pressing it down. It is one of the indispensable dishes for celebratory occasions in the Tango region. All ingredients will be provided, so you can easily experience making bara sushi.
