• . Activitty cancellation: If it is deemed dangerous due to the height of the waves or the strength of the wind on the day, the event will be canceled at the captain's discretion.

Precautions: *Please note that refunds cannot be given even if you are unable to see the whales. *Since it is often stormy in the winter, we will make decisions about sailing depending on the situation. Currently, only healthy people who are sick or injured are eligible. Before boarding, you will sign a liability waiver before departing. On the day of the tour, if you are not feeling well or have any symptoms such as fever, you will not be able to board the ship. Those who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day will be refused boarding. In the event of sudden bad weather or injuries during the tour, the tour may be canceled and the tour returned to port.
