Your reservation time will be the start time of your course experience. Please come to reception approximately 15 minutes before your reservation time, as we will need to make preparations such as checking in and putting on a harness before departure. If you need to change clothes, please arrive with plenty of time. If you are going to be late for your reservation time, please contact us by phone. The start time of the experience will affect other customers, so please cooperate by being punctual.

• Clothing/Belongings: ◯ Footwear and clothing Please wear comfortable sneakers and clothes that are easy to move around in and don't mind getting dirty. Sandals, high heels, and other footwear that is easy to slip off or has gaps are not permitted. ◯ Gloves We recommend wearing gloves to prevent injury to your hands and fingers. Please bring your own or purchase them at the facility for 300 yen each.
