• . Activitty cancellation: Hot air balloons cannot be held at wind speeds of 3 m or higher. Also, rainy weather and heavy snow cannot be held. We will make a preliminary decision if the weather is likely to be very certain, but basically it will be decided on the day of the event. If you have already paid by WEB payment, we will refund the full amount if you can not hold it.

Precautions: ■ You may not be able to get on the reserved time due to weather conditions. ■ It will be canceled in case of rain, snow, or wind speed of 3m or more. ■ Please note that the flight may be canceled without notice due to changes in the weather. ■ Customers who ride with their dog may have to wait from the reserved time. ■ Hot air balloon boarding is a complete reservation system until the day before. ■ Since the boarding time will be specified at the time of booking, please gather at the hot air balloon venue 5 to 10 minutes before the boarding time.
