This is a luxurious plan where you can experience yoga and SUP. After warming up with beach yoga while looking out at the sea, we headed out to the sea for a SUP tour. It is also recommended as a morning activity that will make you feel positive. This is a 3.5-hour experience program (1 hour of beach yoga, 2 hours of SUP) in the best location.・10 seconds to the sea ・15 minutes walk from JR "Zushi Station" or Keikyu "Zushi Hayama Station" ・Fun and refreshing sea fitness in the calm and shallow Zushi Bay ・Even for first-timers or those who are not confident in swimming Easy to join - Individuals are welcome - If the weather is nice, you can see Enoshima and Mt.
