Description
You can choose your favorite date and time to participate! Learn the basics of SUP through 3 lessons! First, start with the basics such as gear names and how to use them. We will teach you how to ride and row a SUP, how to rescue yourself in case of an emergency, and also about the weather and tides. Before and after the lesson, we use the curriculum to check progress and review previous lessons. We will give you solid lessons with the goal of gaining the ability to enjoy SUP anywhere in the country.・10 seconds to the sea ・15 minutes walk from JR "Zushi Station" or Keikyu "Zushi Hayama Station" ・Fun and refreshing sea fitness in the calm and shallow Zushi Bay ・Even for first-timers or those who are not confident in swimming Easy to join - Individuals are welcome - If the weather is nice, you can see Enoshima and Mt.
