[Story] ◆A special tour where you can enjoy the biennial "Reborn-Art Festival" even outside the festival period Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture is an area that was strongly affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake. In this region, in the wake of the earthquake, the Reborn-Art Festival, a comprehensive festival of contemporary art, food, and music, was born. This festival brings together creators from all over the world to create art, pop-up restaurants, live music, and more. Artists capture Ishinomaki's rich nature and traditions, and the wisdom of its people for living, including the beautiful nature and scenery of Sanriku Fukko National Park, the rich food culture that grows off the coast of Mt. Kinka, one of the world's three largest fishing grounds, and the remains of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Through the cooperation of , we have created high-level experiential content from creative angles and new perspectives. [Highlight] You can experience becoming a part of JR's global art project "Inside Out". Guided by the music of Takeshi Kobayashi's installation work, we will admire Kohei Nawa's sculpture of a white deer, White Deer (Oshika). Experience the charm of contemporary art works that can only be experienced on this tour, in the natural setting of the Oshika Peninsula, which has been restored from the site of an unprecedented earthquake.
