■Experience overview・This is an experience where you will fillet and grill a whole raw bonito・You will cut it yourself and arrange it on a plate・You will be able to eat the grilled bonito that you have filleted and grilled on the spot■Experience procedure1. Fillet a whole raw bonito2. Grill the raw bonito (the segments after it has been filleted) over straw3. Cut the grilled bonito4. Arrange the bonito and you're done5.
