• Clothing/Belongings: SUP can be overturned. Assuming that you get wet, you should wear comfortable clothes that you can get wet (it does not have to be a swimsuit). Basically, please be aware of sunburn in summer (rash guard, leggings, sunscreen, etc.). If so, we recommend you to take measures against the cold. It would be nice to have a type of marine boot that protects the entire foot. Please be sure to have your clothes ready. There is a changing room and a hot shower, so you can change your clothes.
