Fuji aboard a ship where passengers can feel as if they're in a green park floating over Lake Ashi. *Please refer to "Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations" Hakone Komagatake Ropeway • Duration: 50 minutes • Take a cableway ride up to the spiritual Hakone Shrine Mototsumiya (original shrine) that nestles at the Komagatake mountaintop. Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions
- Tour bookings may be made until 5:00 in the morning on the day of the tour. Please make a reservation through the system by the reservation deadline.
- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the "Additional information from guests" field and contact the tour operator.
Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations
- The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
- Depending on road conditions, the tour will be guided to Mt. Fuji 4th Station or 5th Station. If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, the tour will visit Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park or Fujisan World Heritage Center.
Important Notes: Mt. Fuji Visitable Location & Timing Estimate
- The best time to visit to reach the 5th Station is typically from late April to around November, but in winter (December to early April), it cannot be reached on most days due to reasons such as snowfall and road surface freezing. Thank you for your understanding.
- Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
- As the Lake Ashi Cruise Ship Sorakaze undergoes inspection on Wednesdays, an alternative ship will be used. The inspection day is subject to change. In addition, long-term inspection may be conducted.
- If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations (tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason): Appare Sightseeing Boat on Lake Kawaguchi, Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Higashiguchi Hongu Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Sekisho Tabimonogatarikan (Shop), etc.
- Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
- On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (scheduled for 2025/6/1), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries.
- Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in the above case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.

- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.
