About E-Tickets

Each order is associated with a specific voucher code; please note a single voucher cannot be divided for multiple redemptions: if individual redemptions are necessary, please place separate orders.
Once a product has been purchased, it is non-refundable.
The maximum purchase limit per order is 4 tickets.
Each passport can only be used by one individual.
E-tickets must be exchanged for the Triennale Passport at Takamatsu Port Information Center or other redemption points to be announced later.
A Triennale Passport provides one-visit admission to each art site in the 2025 Seotuchi Triennale while it is in session.
Youth (16–18) tickets are only available at the venue on the day.
Ages 0–15 are free of charge (excluding some museums and artworks).

Artwork Viewing Passport Guidelines

Exchange your QR Code for a paper passport or download the digital passport voucher before entering.
The QR Code issued cannot be used directly for entry into art facilities.
Some artworks and museums, such as the Chichu Art Museum and the Teshima Art Museum, require a separate admission fee.

Refunds & Reissues

Refunds or reissues for personal reasons are not available.
In case of natural disasters, such as typhoons, the number of festival days, venues, or artworks may be significantly changed or reduced, or the number of visitors and available viewing times may be limited; no refunds are offered in this case.

Admission Restrictions

Entry may be delayed or restricted in case of crowding or maintenance.
Visitors who fail to follow staff instructions or festival guidelines may be denied access.
Artwork viewing may be suspended due to maintenance.
In case of fraudulent use of the ticket, the ticket will be deemed invalid, and access may be suspended.
