• Clothing/Belongings: [What to bring] ・A bag that leaves both hands free (backpack or cross-body bag) ・Hat (to prevent injuries and, in summer, to protect from the sun and prevent heatstroke; in spring and autumn, a knit hat for warmth on some days) ・Rainwear (two-piece set, rental available for a fee, reservation required) ・Insect repellent spray (there are mosquitoes in the summer) ・Towel (useful for various purposes) ・Drinks (only water or tea without sugar is allowed. Sweet-tasting or sweet-smelling drinks are not permitted) [Clothing] ・Long sleeves and long pants to prevent insect bites and cuts from branches. Synthetic fabrics that dry easily when wet are recommended. *Thin fabrics such as tights may allow mosquitoes to bite through them. *Please prepare clothing that does not expose the skin around your legs. *Short pants or skirts that expose your legs are not permitted.
