Activitty cancellation: ●If the weather forecast predicts rainfall of 1mm/h, the tour will be carried out. ●If the tour is cancelled due to weather, we will decide to cancel it 30 minutes before the meeting time. If the tour is cancelled, we will contact you by mobile number. ●If thunder is heard during the tour or the rain gets stronger, the tour will be cancelled. If the tour is cancelled midway, we will refund the amount based on the time not participated. Participants will be responsible for transportation costs to the meeting place. ●Due to sudden changes in weather or other reasons, the content and course of the experience day may be changed or cancelled. There may also be cancellations at the last minute. During Golden Week, weekends, consecutive holidays, and summer, the KEPCO Tunnel Trolley Bus is very crowded (even if you buy a ticket at Ogizawa Station, you may have to wait several hours to board the bus, which may not be viable as a tour). We recommend that you act early.
