• Clothing/Belongings: ◆Basics: towel, swimsuit (underwear you don't mind getting wet is OK), shoes that won't come off when swimming, such as sneakers or sports sandals, insurance card (you will need this at the hospital if you get injured. You do not need to show this when you check in for the tour.) ◆Useful things: sunscreen, (on hot days) T-shirt and shorts, glasses band if you wear glasses, swimming goggles (to be worn over the wetsuit)
