• . Activitty cancellation: Even if it snows, the event will go ahead as long as the wind is calm. Due to bad weather, etc., the event may be canceled after the reservation has been made. In that case, we will contact you at least 2 hours before the event. (If we do not hear from you, we will hold the event)

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.・This tent sauna does not have a cold bath. There is a water bath within the hot spring facility, but it is far away from the tent sauna and cannot be used when taking a tent sauna bath. - Entering the tent sauna while wearing glasses, watches, earrings, jewelry, or other accessories may cause burns. Please note that there is no compensation for deformation due to high temperatures, so please note that you will need to remove it before bathing.・Please note that a staff member will come to check on the fire halfway through the experience.・Please note that if you are found to be causing inconvenience to other guests or violating public morals, the experience will be canceled.
