Important Information
- Please return the clothes to the store before 17:00 on the same day. If you return between 17:00 and 17:30 on the same day, please inform the staff in advance (no extension fee).
- If you return between 17:30 and 20:00 on the same day, the extension fee will be charged at 250 JPY/10 minutes; between 20:00 on the same day and 17:30 on the next day, the extension fee is 3,000 JPY (no deposit will be charged for delay)
- If you choose the mailing method to return the next day, an additional 3,500 JPY will be required for postage.
- If the kimono is obviously stained or damaged due to personal reasons, corresponding compensation will be required.
- You can bring your own kimono, please contact customer service for details of dressing costs.
- If you change your option after visiting the store on the same day, you can upgrade by paying the difference. If you would like to adjust to a lower priced option, we will provide you with a kimono at a lower price than the original option price, but please note that we cannot refund the difference.
- If you are interested in a professional travel photographer, please request it during checkout and we will strive to meet your request.

Regarding package changes after arriving at the store on the same day: You can upgrade the package by paying the price difference. If you wish to adjust to a lower price package, we will provide you with a kimono below the original package price, but please understand that we cannot refund you the price difference.
