Take a boat from the pier to the back side of Miyajima! We will take you to the beach on the west coast of the island, which can only be reached by boat. 10:00 When you arrive at Pilates Island, first say hello to the ocean and Miyajima. Then, start with Pilates while basking in the morning sun and listening to the sound of the waves. 11:00 SUP cruise to a photogenic uninhabited island! We will take a SUP cruise to the uninhabited island "Kabejima" opposite the west coast of Miyajima. Even beginners can enjoy the excitement of adventure and the sense of accomplishment of reaching the island in just 30 minutes of cruising! 12:00 Lunch & free time Lunch box and soft drinks included♪ *Included in the price 14:00 SUP Pilates After getting familiar with the SUP board on the cruise, try SUP Pilates. It's hard to balance on the SUP, but that's fun too! Try some difficult poses and jump into the sea! 15:30 Pack up and return to Aki Grand Hotel Pier on the removal boat.
