What to Bring
- Clothing/Belongings: Ski, snowboard, or general winter mountain climbing attire (non-waterproof windbreakers are not recommended). Fleece, down, or synthetic down jacket as a mid-layer (to keep warm during breaks). Wool or synthetic underwear (shirt, underwear, socks). Cotton and heat tech are not recommended as you will sweat when moving. Waterproof trekking boots or snowboard boots are acceptable. A 30L backpack, a knit hat, warm gloves, gaiters, sunscreen, motion sickness medicine (essential for those prone to motion sickness). A packed lunch (rice balls and other rice dishes don't taste very good when they're cold, so bread is recommended!). Cup ramen is also available if you bring hot water. Use the remaining soup to soak rice balls in or drink it all. Drinks (It's good to have hot drinks in a thermos bottle) Snacks (chocolate, nuts, Calorie Mate, etc.) <Good things to bring> Neck warmer, sunglasses, thin gloves, bottom mat
