• . Activitty cancellation: It may be canceled in case of bad weather or disaster. We will not be able to compensate for transportation expenses to the venue. Please note.

Precautions: ・Please note that if you are deemed to be wearing dangerous clothing (clothing that may get caught in the vehicle), you may not be able to participate. ・You will not be able to participate if there are more children (ages 6-12) than adults (ages 16 and over). (Example: 1 adult, 2 children 2 adults, 2 children) ・Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. ・People who have been drinking alcohol will not be allowed to ride.

The instructor will only give advice to the participant, and the actual actions and operations are at the participant's own will and responsibility. 3. Instructors and staff may refuse participation to the following people. ① People who cause trouble to others ② People who act independently ③ People who do not consider safety ④ People suspected of drinking or using drugs ⑤ People who have been prohibited from exercising by a doctor, people with heart disease, pregnant women, and people who are not in good health 4. In principle, the equipment used by participants will be designated by our company. 5. If a person under the age of 18 participates, parental consent is required. 6. In principle, participation fees are not refundable. 7. The itinerary, location, content, etc. may change without notice due to weather conditions, etc. Thank you for your understanding. 8. In case of an accident, please fill in your emergency contact information on the application form (consent form). 9. If you cause significant damage or loss to the rented items (buggy, etc. and accessories) that affects the functioning of the program in a way that is not anticipated in the operation of the program, you will be required to pay for the same or similar items and the cost of repairs. 10. If the instructor determines that you are not following the rules and prohibitions set out by our company during the trial program, the program may be canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be given. 11. We are not responsible for any theft or loss during the program. Please keep your valuables in your own care. 12. If there are many applicants, you may not be able to participate, so please apply early. If you do not comply with the following items, we will cancel the experience and refuse your participation. - Any actions that violate the "Experience Program Regulations" and the following prohibited items. Or those who do not show up at the trial time. - Actions that do not follow the instructor's guidance, instructions, instructions, or warnings.・Littering, smoking and eating/drinking in places other than designated areas ・Intentional or gross negligence in the destruction of our facility's equipment (buggy body, signboard, road scraping, nature). ・Violent remarks or actions. ・Unauthorized intrusion or entry into facilities managed by our company. ・Theft or damage to our facility's equipment, supplies, or products for sale. ・Eating and drinking without paying for the services provided (soft drinks, snacks). ・A nuisance to other visitors, participants, and local residents. ・Disturbing complaints and demands. ・People suspected of drinking alcohol or using drugs. ・Using lighters or matches or other devices for starting fires on mountain paths. *As there is no insurance, it is at your own risk. Please note in advance. *Vehicle insurance is not included. If you break down the buggy due to your own fault, it is not covered by insurance and you will be required to pay for the damage. *There is insurance that can be used in the unlikely event of an injury or accident. We recommend that you take out leisure insurance in advance.
