Description
If necessary, perform form check with SUP ergometer and practice lightly in marina bay. After that we go out of the bay and row it to the ocean. Cruising along the Nishiura peninsula as it is, row it to the palm beach on the other side.
~ Flow of the day ~ ① Receptionist & Clothes change (15 minutes) ② Warm up in the Nishiura Marina Bay (30 minutes) ③ SUP cruise around the Nishiura Peninsula to Palm Beach (90 minutes) ④ After changing clothes, pay off and dissolve (15 minutes) ⑤ After that freely 1963 Ocean Launge etc to relax time (extra charge)
