Description

Miso & Soy Sauce Factory Kamada Shoyury was founded in 1931.

In the flood on July 4, 2020, Kamada Brewery was submerged in 120 cm of floodwater, and all the products, raw materials, and machines were soaked in water. At that time, many staff members and volunteers actively participated in the repair work.

The brewery is long and narrow, and visitors can see the production of soy sauce, miso, and tsukudani at the brewery. The brewery is arranged differently every day. If you visit on weekdays in the morning, you will have the opportunity to see the brewing process with steam coming out!

"Mountain and Sea Food" is jellyfish and tsukudani cooked with the brewery's own soy sauce. It is the signature of our store. In addition to visiting the brewery, this ticket also allows you to take "Mountain and Sea Food" home for free. You can also taste tsukudani and enjoy free tea in the store. The product department of the brewery is for tourists to purchase products, and there is also a parking lot with space for 10 cars and 3 buses. Let tourists play with peace of mind.
