• . Activitty cancellation: Depending on the weather and snow conditions, the tour destination may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
• . Notices: 1. Backcountry skiing and snowboarding carry the risk of injury or death. As such, all guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any backcountry activity (PDF version available in attachment). At the same time, our guides are trained in First Aid, Avalanche Prediction and Rescue and are dedicated to providing the most enjoyable and well-planned experience possible. 2. All Dancing Snow customers are automatically included in our group insurance at no additional charge (contact us for more information on coverage). It is also strongly recommended that all persons participating in backcountry tours have their own valid insurance covering outdoor activities. 3. If you have any chronic health conditions, please let us know. We know that many people are able to participate in outdoor activities, albeit with some restrictions, and we respect your ability to determine if a tour is within your capabilities. Your information will be kept strictly confidential, but very helpful in dealing with anything that happens during the day.
