  • . Precautions: Q. Can I bring my camera with me during the tour? A. You can bring a waterproof camera during the tour, but there is no guarantee. At our company, a professional photographer will accompany you during the tour, and photo data will be sold after the tour, so if you bring your own camera, you will be charged 5,000 yen as a carry-on fee. Q. Is there a shower facility? A. I'm sorry. We do not have a shower, but we will inform you that there is a hot spring facility nearby. Q. How long is the tour? A. We plan to have 3 hours in total. The morning tour is scheduled from 9:00 to 12:00, and the afternoon tour is scheduled from 13:00 to 16:00. The actual time on the boat is about one hour, which includes changing clothes, moving to the river, and explaining safety. Q. Do you handle credit cards locally? A. I'm sorry. Local payments are cash only.

Will the tour be canceled due to rain? A. No. There is none. During the period from July to September when preschoolers can also participate, the tour itself is almost never canceled, although the decision to participate may be entrusted to parents at the discretion of our guide due to the flooding of the river. Please feel free to come even in the rain. Q. Can I participate even if I can't swim for the first time? A. Yes. Of course you can participate. In the river, everyone will be accompanied by a trained guide who wears a life jacket, so please feel free to join us.
