In the event of heavy rain, snowfall, or strong winds, we will cancel the tour and contact customers around 19:00 the day before or between 7:00 and 8:00 on the day of the tour, depending on the weather conditions. (If the tour is canceled due to weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.) Even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the site, we will not be liable for compensation for travel expenses.
