【Ticket Purchasing Process】

1）Check the [Park Reservation Calendar] (https://rakuten-travelexp.net/3fFRPJH)for availability before purchasing tickets. *You will not be able to use the tickets if the dates are unavailable on the calendar. Be sure to check availability in advance when booking through Rakuten Travel Experiences.

(2) Once you purchased the E-ticket through Rakute Travel Experiences, the ticket will be send to your registered email address. (*The tickets you received are open-dated and expire on the date indicated. Be sure to make a reservation within the validity period using thePark Reservation Calendar in Step 3).

If you want to reserve a date in advance, please check the price list in the calendar below and choose a date within the same price range as your ticket.

3）Please be sure to reserve your admission date in advance before visiting the park at www.startyourdisneylandexperience.com. You will not be allowed to enter without a prior reservation. (*Once you made the reservation on the Park Reservation Calendar, the open ticket becomes a date-specific ticket. You can select a different date on Park Reservation Calendar than the one you selected on Rakuten Travel Experiences. If you wish to make changes to your reservation, please cancel the original reservation via My Theme Park Reservations on the Disney website and repeat the process. *When making a park reservation, you will need to create an account, select the date, and enter your passport and hotel information.

(4) On the day of your visit, simply scan your e-ticket at the gate and present your passport or other ID to enter the park.

Ticket prices at Disneyland California are divided into 7 tiers, from Tier 0 (the lowest) to Tier 6 (the highest). ・You can find the tiers on the calendar when selecting dates. Prices vary depending on the dates, so please click here for more details. ・Price list: Tier 0 < Tier 1 < Tier 2 < Tier 3 < Tier 4 < Tier 5 < Tier 6 ・Tier 3 tickets can be used on Tier 1 and 2 dates, but not on Tier 4 and 5 dates. Please note that no refunds will be given if you decide to visit on dates with a lower tier.

[Ticket Options by Age Group] ・Guests aged 10 and older must purchase adult tickets. ・Children aged 3 to 9 should purchase child tickets. ・Infants under 3 years of age are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
