The "Greater Tokyo Pass" is a very convenient ticket that allows unlimited travel on trains and Toei buses in the Kanto area for five days. [Adult] An adult fare applies to persons aged 12 and up. [Child] A child fare applies to persons aged 6 to 11. [Toddler] Children aged 1 to 5. Up to two toddlers can ride the subway free of charge when accompanied by an adult or a child. However, a third toddler will be charged a child fare. The "Greater Tokyo Pass" is a very convenient ticket that allows unlimited travel on railways, tram lines, and Toei buses operated by 13 companies in the Kanto area. *Please note that it cannot be used on some railways, such as JR and Tokyo Monorail, and bus routes other than Toei buses.

How it works

Q. What is the difference between adult and child fares? A. [Adult] An adult fare applies to persons aged 12 and up. [Child] A child fare applies to persons aged 6 to 11. I've made a reservation. How can I check if it was correctly made? A.Once your reservation is confirmed, we will email you instructions to your provided email address. Please review the reservation details and the voucher containing an E-ticket link. You can also access your reservation information by clicking the "Reservation Details" link in the email. Q.I made the reservation from my smartphone, so I can't print the voucher. Can I use the screen display? A.Yes, please launch the e-ticket using the voucher you received and display it on your smartphone at the ticket gate. Q. How to use the ticket on the day? A. Please present the ticket to the station staff or bus driver on your smartphone or other device. You cannot use automatic ticket gates. Please check with the transportation company about using the ticket at the gates without staff. Q. How do I change or get a refund for the ticket I purchased? A. You must complete the procedure through the agent where you bought the ticket. However, the procedure's handling is subject to the rules of each issuing agent. Please verify this information with the agent where you purchased the ticket. Ticket sales are not available at station counters, etc. Q. Is the validity period 120 hours from the time of first use? A. The validity period is five consecutive days from the first day of use. Each day runs from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. If usage starts between 00:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the period from 00:00 AM to 2:59 AM is considered as one day. Therefore, from 3:00 AM, there are four days remaining. Q. What should I do if the station staff or bus crew are unfamiliar with GTP tickets? A. Please change the ticket language to Japanese and show the applicable section at the bottom to the station staff or bus crew. Q. How can I use the GTP ticket at unmanned stations? A. Please use the intercom at the station to get instructions on how to use it.
