Key Information
Important Information
- If you rent in the summer time, we will use a lighter "yukata" robe instead of the heavier kimono
- The dressing time is about 45–60 minutes
- Depending on the situation, the order of dressing and hair setting might change
- Luggage can be stored for free at our shop during rental hours, but please keep valuables with you
- Kimono must be returned by 21:00 unless you book the "Next-Day Return" add-on option
- Next-day return is until noon the day after your rental
- If kimono are lost, or not returned within 1 week, you will be charged the price for the whole kimono
- For significant damage (including stains, burns, rips), and if the item is damaged beyond repair, we will ask you to pay 10,000 JPY compensation
