About This Event (Language Exchange): • Use topic cards for engaging conversations • Staff will organize attendees into small groups (3–4 people per group) • Seats are rotated to ensure everyone gets a chance to interact • Scheduled conversations alternate between 15–20 minutes in English and 15–20 minutes in Japanese • The venue is easy to find and offers a relaxing atmosphere
