Start: 7:30 PM | Close: 10:00 PM
• 7:30 PM - 7:45 PM: Sign up and grab your drinks. Wristbands and name tags will be provided.
• 7:45 PM - 9:45 PM: Enjoy free chatting and making new friends. The standing-style bar setup makes it easy to mingle.
• Shuffle Times: Groups will be shuffled at 8:10 PM, 8:45 PM, and 9:15 PM to ensure everyone meets new people.
• 9:45 PM - 9:50 PM: Group photo and closing time.
• 10:00 PM: Event ends, and everyone leaves the venue.
