• Clothing/Belongings: You can participate in this activity in your summer swimsuit. We recommend wearing a T-shirt, shorts, long leggings or spats, or a long-sleeved rash guard over your swimsuit to prevent injury from twigs or rocks in the river or on the riverbank, and to protect against UV rays. Even in June and October, there are days when it is okay to wear a swimsuit if there is sunlight. The weather can change from day to day, so please contact us for details. We recommend renting a full wetsuit over your spring, autumn, and winter swimsuit. On particularly cold or windy days, a windproof jacket is also included in the rental wetsuit set.
