• . Activitty cancellation: The tour will proceed even if it is light rain, but will be canceled if it is heavy rain. If we can predict bad weather in advance, we will contact you by phone at least 2 hours before the tour starts. (There will be no cancellation fee in this case.)
• . Precautions: ◆Ride conditions◆〇Above 16 years old and up to approximately 70 years old. (In the case of an experience with only minors, we ask parents to fill out a consent form in advance.) 〇Weight 45kg to less than 118kg (including clothing and luggage) 〇During the ride, the tour guide will use the speaker or intercom. The staff will provide Segway operating instructions and alerts, allowing smooth communication with the tour guide in Japanese. (*If you require special accommodations or considerations, please be sure to contact us in advance.) 〇 Cooperate with safe operation and be able to follow the tour guide's instructions. ○ Not under the influence of alcohol or pregnant. No difficulty in walking. There are no obstacles that would impede driving. No pets or infants are allowed. (The Segway is for one person only.) *Please note that if the conditions are not met, the reservation will be canceled on the day.

Please do not be late. *Please note that roads and parking lots are often congested on weekends, holidays, events, etc. ・Please be sure to wear a helmet during the tour. (Free rental on the day)・Please be sure to attend the training session conducted by the tour organizer. ・Please participate in the tour in a healthy mind and body and in a state that does not hinder riding. ・During the ride, the tour guide will give you instructions on how to operate the Segway and warn you about it through speakers and intercoms, so you must be able to communicate smoothly in Japanese with the tour guide in real time. ・If you need special treatment or consideration, please be sure to consult in advance. ・Please cooperate with safe driving and follow the instructions of the tour guide. ・If the tour guide determines that safety cannot be ensured, you will be refused riding. ・For safe driving, taking photos (videos) while riding is prohibited. (Photo data taken by the guide can be downloaded for free)・Due to equipment, guide, or other circumstances, the tour may suddenly be cancelled. (No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is cancelled due to the organizers' circumstances.)・Depending on the progress of the tour, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes, so please plan your plans after the tour with plenty of time. *The maximum number of participants per tour is 6 people.
