I've been advocating this for a long time, but the breathing techniques used in diving are similar to those used in yoga and meditation. In fact, it's natural because it's a breathing technique that calms you down. Some veteran divers say that ``just being submerged in a shallow place near the beach where it's easy to move around'' is enough to enjoy the feeling of weightlessness, calmness, and breathing underwater. So, on days when the waves are calm from June to October, when there is no stress on the body, I just sit calmly, concentrating on my breathing, and sink within 1.5 meters. It takes about 30 minutes, but you'll feel refreshed once it's over. It's like hyperbaric therapy because the water pressure is applied. I think of it as a safe form of relaxation. I think it will be a type of ocean therapy.
