• . Activitty cancellation: If the organizer judges the wave height or wind strength to be dangerous on the day, the tour may be canceled. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee and a 100% refund will be given.
• . Precautions: ・Reservations made through the website must be made up to three hours prior to the tour date. Please note that we may refuse reservations made less than three hours prior to the tour date. ・Please note that if a reservation is made late at night on the day of the tour for an 8am tour the following morning, we may be unable to accommodate the request and may have to cancel the tour due to operator circumstances. (Full refunds will be provided.) ・If you are late for the tour, you may not be able to participate. In such cases, the tour will be considered canceled due to customer circumstances and no refunds will be given. ・If you are concerned about injuries, we recommend that you purchase sports insurance in advance. ・Please carefully read the precautions and other special notes before booking your tour.

We recommend checking the tide for your desired time (Itoman area) using a tide search site such as "Tide MieYell" before making your reservation. ・This facility does not have coin lockers. We recommend leaving any luggage you do not want to get wet or dirty in your car or at your accommodation. *Please be aware that you are responsible for managing your valuables. *If you have any medical conditions, you will need to consult a doctor. *Those with chronic illnesses such as respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, ear or nose problems, epilepsy, or diabetes may be denied participation. *Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.・You can use the hot water shower room permanently installed at Itoman Fisherina for 200 yen, but please bring your own towels, shampoo, soap, etc. ・Participation by only elementary school students and younger is not permitted.
