Late arrivals are accommodated, but due to capacity and operating hours your visit may be limited to the reserved time period (refunds cannot be provided in such instances)
When possible, visit time is automatically extend if you stay longer than the reserved hour
If you exceed the reserved time by 5 minutes or more, a surcharge applies every 15 minutes
Please sanitize your hands with alcohol between interactions with different animals
Follow our staff's guidance when interacting with the animals to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
Please be careful as animals may sometimes nip fingers
