Booking When you book, please give the following information:
- Full name of lead passenger
- Contact number for use in Japan
- Pickup point like hotel, airport or cruise port
- Arrival flight information (if meeting point is airport)
- Departure flight information (if end point is airport)
- How many pieces of luggage you will have
Maximum capacity of the vehicle is 2 passengers + 6 pieces of luggage or 4 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage. Plus several small bags.
Meeting Your driver will wait as follows:
- If the meeting point is Narita or Haneda Airport, the driver watches your arrival time and waits at arrivals gate. They will welcome you at the arrival gate 30 minutes after your flight arrival with a name board.
- If the meeting point is a hotel or another place, the driver will go there 10 minutes before the meeting time. Please wait at the lobby. They will meet you there with a name board.
- If the meeting point is Yokohama Cruise Port, note there are three cruise ports in Yokohama. The driver will check the right port to meet you at. They will wait at the arrival gate with a name board 60 minutes after arival of your cruise ship. But, if you want to assign the pickup time, please give us a message and assign the time in advance.
