• Clothing/Belongings: Please come in your everyday clothes. Wetsuits are available for free rental. *Wearing a swimsuit, rash guard, or inner tights underneath will make the experience smoother. *If you have sensitive skin or are allergic to rubber, please wear a rash guard or inner tights. ・Swimsuits, shorts, rash guards, and other items made of materials that dry easily. *It is useful to have a jacket that can adjust the temperature. ・UV protection items such as sunscreen. ・Eyeglass bands, or swimming goggles if you are worried about wearing contact lenses. ・Medications and other regular medications (such as asthma inhalers). ・Motivation and a great smile!
