Closed every Tuesday (The museum will remain open on national holidays but will be closed on the following day)
**▶From purchase to entry, it's a simple 3-step process!**
Step 1:
After purchase your ticket on Rakuten Travel Experience, an e-ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Step 2:
When you arrive at the facility, please do not stop at the reception desk, but take the elevator directly to each exhibition floor.
Step 3:
At the entrance of each exhibition floor, please tap your smartphone and present the screen to a staff following the steps below.Staff will pass you a re-entry sticker, which you must affix to a visible place before entering the venue.
Tap procedure:
E-ticket link in the confirmation e-mail > bottom of the displayed 2D barcode > "Use" button
-Please enter the venue after all the people who have registered are present.
-Please ensure that your smartphone can connect to the internet before your visit
-Please do not remove the re-entry sticker until you leave the museum.
