Overview
Takarazuka City is where Osamu Tezuka, known as the "God of Manga," spent his years from age 5 to 24. At the Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum, you'll find not only his works but also a chronological exhibition of Tezuka's own history. A vast collection of materials has been gathered, allowing visitors to learn about Tezuka himself and his works. There's also a corner where you can watch animated works, a corner where you can experience animation production called "Animation Studio" (same-day registration required), and a library with approximately 2,000 books, including not only Japanese but also foreign language versions in English, Chinese, and Korean, as well as Braille books.
