Even if a child who meets the target age comes to experience the class, if a parent accompanies them or creates together with them, an additional option fee will be charged for each. ・Regarding experience time Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time of the reserved experience. If you are late for the reservation time for any reason on the day of the trial lesson, please contact us as soon as possible. Even if you are late for the start time, the end time of the experience will not change, so the production time will be shorter. Also, there will be other participants, so if you are late, it will cause inconvenience to the students, so please cooperate. If you arrive late and do not contact us before the lesson start time, your reservation will be canceled and a cancellation fee (100% of the 1-day trial lesson fee) will be charged. We can also change the date of your lesson (date change fee: 1,100 yen per person on the day). ・About incorrect reservations We have seen an increase in the number of people choosing the wrong classroom (Yu Kobo locations) when making a reservation. Even if you make a mistake in the classroom you reserved, a cancellation fee (100% of the lesson fee) will be charged. If there are vacancies in the classroom on the day and you are able to take the lesson, you can take the lesson for a same-day reception fee of 550 yen. ・Dear customers from overseas We accept only groups that include Japanese speakers in order to provide good service, because most of us do not speak English. Sorry to trouble you, but please come with someone who speaks Japanese.
