- . Notices: ・About the experience for children Because pottery and glass products are displayed in the classroom, we do not allow children under the target age to enter for safety reasons. Strollers and children cannot be brought into the classroom. Even if a child who meets the target age comes to the class, if a parent accompanies or works with the child, an additional option fee will be charged for each. ・About the experience time Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time of the reserved experience. If you are late for the reservation time for some reason on the day of the trial lesson, please contact us as soon as possible. Even if you are late for the start time, the end time of the experience will not change, so the production time will be shorter. In addition, there are other participants, and if you are late, it will cause inconvenience to the students, so please cooperate. If you arrive late without contacting us by the lesson start time, your reservation will be canceled and a cancellation fee (100% of the 1-day trial lesson fee) will be charged. We can also guide you to change the date of the lesson (date change fee: 1,100 yen per person on the day).・Regarding incorrect reservations: We have seen an increase in the number of people choosing the wrong classroom (Yu Kobo locations) when making reservations. Even if you make a mistake with the classroom you booked, a cancellation fee (100% of the lesson fee) will be charged.
