• Experience fee, material cost ※ By hand-build method you can make as many items as possible within an hour.

• *Separate grilling fee will be charged. Length x Width x Height x 1.5 yen (Tea cup approx. 1,000 yen, Tea bowl approx. 1,500 yen) In the case of shipping, please pay the shipping fee on the day of the experience. *Usually finished in about 4 weeks.

[Regarding arrival time] Please arrive between 5 minutes before and the start time of your experience. All of our experiences are conducted simultaneously with other customers. ・If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the start time of your experience, it will be considered a no-show and the full cancellation fee will be charged. ・If you are late for your experience, we will not be able to extend the experience time. ・If you are late for your experience, we will not be able to provide the usual explanations of fees and how to use the electric pottery wheel that are given before the start of the experience. If you anticipate being late, please consider changing your experience time and date and be sure to contact us as soon as possible.
