Sunrise yoga on a beautiful, tranquil beach. Refresh yourself with sunrise yoga while watching the mystical scene of the sky gradually becoming brighter and the sun rising from the darkness before sunrise. Wake up a little earlier than usual, breathe in plenty of fresh oxygen first thing in the morning, and have the best start to your day. If you slowly move your body in a way that awakens each cell, your mind and body will be filled with energy. Prepare your mind and body with yoga and enjoy your day on Ishigaki Island to the fullest. It's a small group class, so it's safe for those new to yoga or beginners. We will proceed slowly depending on the condition of each participant. Enjoy a luxurious time surrounded by nature.
